Move Your Ass Monday: How I lost 135 Pounds Part II

A quick and to the point today one folks – and answer to the above question.

I never gave up.
I never once told myself I couldn’t do something.

Of course there were times that physically my obese body could not do certain moves but I always, always tried my hardest. If I couldn’t do a move I found a way to modify it. Push yourself to your personal limit and you will see results. You will see change, but you have to work for that change. You have to dedicate time, and effort to getting up and making yourself move and eat better.

Speak to yourself in a positive manor. Decide you are worth it – then fight for it!
