A Look At SD Pharma Energy + Fat Burning Supplements
Disclaimer: The following post is sponsored by FitFluential LLC on behalf of SD Pharmaceuticals
I’ve had the chance the past few weeks to test some new to me supplements from SD Pharmaceuticals. I’m always a little leery when starting new supplements, I make sure I do lots of reading up on brands and ingredients before I go starting anything willy-nilly.
What is SD Pharma all about
SD Pharmaceuticals™, The Cutting-Edge Ingredient Company, is always the first to bring innovative ingredients – based on the most up-to-date scientific research – to the dietary supplement market. SD Pharmaceuticals™ was created to meet the ever-growing demand from consumers for higher quality dietary supplements with more effective, standardized ingredient dosages.
SD Pharmaceuticals only uses formulas and ingredients that have solid research behind each ingredient! I appreciated this about the brand because we all know there are lots of supplements out there these days, and a lot of times hype and marketing can get the best of people. Read up on your companies and supplements people!
What I Received
- Raspberry Keytone 200: Raspberry keytones are shown to: reduce fat absorption and accumulation, increase caloric expenditure, and increase fat breakdown.
- Green Coffee Bean GCB: Green coffee bean extract may support weight loss because it is thought to effect glucose metabolism.
- Garcinia Cambogia 500: Garcinia Cambogia has the ability to regulate healthy serotonin levels in the brain – which in turn can enhance your mood, decrease food cravings, and reduce weight gain.
- Dendrobium 600: Dendrobium promotes a healthy stomach, kidneys and lungs. It is also said to be a powerful strengthening tonic.
- Diindolylmethane (DIM): DIM is used to support healthy estrogen metabolism and hormonal balance in the body. It can used by both men and women.
Stacking SD Pharma Supplements
After learning a bit about each one, I decided how I was going to “stack” them. For those of you not familiar with this terminology, it’s one you may hear a lot in the body building community. But don’t let that intimidate or scare you off! Supplement stacks are built by choosing individual supplements and then combining them to create a synergistic blend to help you reach or maintain your health and fitness goals.
It isn’t always about building bulky muscle. You can stack supplements to help you lose weight, gain lean muscle, or just to optimize your health.
Now that being said, for me personally as I said recently, I am not trying to loose weight. I’d love to build more muscle, and loose some fat (hey who wouldn’t), so please keep this in mind as you read on.
I also tried taking the Garcinia Cambogia 500 by itself for a few days. I didn’t feel any less hungry, but I’m pretty durn active, and I eat all the time, and I’m okay with that.
I really like the combo of the Green Coffee Bean, and Dendrobium 600 for preworkout! I could definitely tell the difference in my energy levels, and wasn’t left feeling a gross crash or any adverse side effects. This is great news to me because I have had sensitivities to “preworkout” blends in the past.
The only negative side effect I had from any of these products was with the Raspberry Keytones. It gave me some burps and a touch of heartburn. I could track it back to this product alone because my burps were mildly sweet, and well tasted like the supplement smelled. This was just my dealings with the product, I’ve seen lots of others use this supplement and have never reported that.
Much like the simplistic white bottles of this brand, the ingredients contained within reflect this. Not a bunch of fillers or a million ingredients that may leave you wondering what your body didn’t agree with if you had some type of adverse effect. I think it’s nice to be able to know pretty easily whether or not a certain supplement works for you – or it doesn’t.
My favorites were the Green Coffee Bean and Dendrobium 600 (especially the latter). I think the DIM would be great for someone who wants to try a preworkout supplement, but would like to stay away from anything containing caffeine. I’m also curious what extended benefits I may experience with the DIM since I do have PMDD.
My Own 2 Cents
I also wanted to take a second to say something really important. While these are high quality supplements in my opinion, and may aid people in weight loss – let it be known that my own weight loss cannot be attributed to any pill or supplement. I am a firm believer that there is no “magic pill”. Supplements are just that supplemental. They are not replacements for hard work, exercise, and cleaning up your diet. Kapeesh?

Have you ever taken any of these other supplements from different brands? What did you think? I know the green coffee and raspberry keytones are pretty talked about at the moment.
