I’m calling your bluff
I’ve heard a million reasons from people as to why they “can’t” lose weight or meet their fitness goals.
I’m too tired.
I don’t have time to go to the gym.
I don’t like exercising.
I can’t do that workout, it’s too hard!
I don’t own a treadmill.
I don’t like working out at home.
I don’t have time to make healthy meals.
My family won’t eat healthy.
Everytime I loose weight it seems to come back.
I’m just one of those people who can’t loose weight.
All things I’ve heard. And again, these are all nothing more than excuses. You know what excuses are? You, holding yourself back. You will never know what you can accomplish until you decide to let the excuse monster die. Let today be the day you kill it. One simple change at a time. Stomp those excuses into the ground my friends. Change your mindset and begin to change your life. Just a little bit of tough love for the new month.
